How to Create an AI Employee

Set up a sales-focused AI employee in your Bramework workspace. This guide walks you through opening the AI Employee builder, selecting a template, naming your chatbot, and testing it with the preview feature.

Prerequisites

  • You have administrator access to a Bramework workspace
  • You are logged into your Bramework account

Steps

1. Open the AI Employee page

Click the Open AI Employee page button to access the AI employee builder.

2. Create a new chatbot

Click the New Chatbot button to start building a fresh AI employee.

3. Select the Booking Assistant template

Click the Booking Assistant button to choose this template as your starting point for the AI employee.

4. Enter the chatbot name

Fill in the Chatbot Name field with the name for your new AI employee.

5. Create the chatbot

Click the Create Chatbot button to build your AI employee with the template and name you specified.

6. Test the AI employee

Click the Test Chat button to open the preview and interact with your newly created AI employee.

Tip: The preview allows you to test how your AI employee responds to customer inquiries before deploying it to your workspace.

Note: You can modify the AI employee’s behavior and responses after creation by returning to the builder.
